Rami was efficient and made the sales seamless. However, I had a 2pm appointment and waited close to 2 hours waiting for the business office to be free. Additionally, the tag was left on the windshield and now has two strips of sticky tape stuck to it. that should be taken care of before the owner drives off. I ended up here because of the no-haggle approach- that is time wasted and the reason I left the other dealership to come here. More

Ed met me when I walked into the dealership and introduced me to Ramiz who very quickly allowed me to test drive 3 Toyota RAV4 cars. The last car was the hybrid which is what I ultimately purchased introduced me to Ramiz who very quickly allowed me to test drive 3 Toyota RAV4 cars. The last car was the hybrid which is what I ultimately purchased. He worked with me on my trade in and purchase price. My only feedback is - 1. I spent a total of 5 hours in the dealership- I know it was busy being the end of the year and 2. There wasn’t time for ramiz to explain the specific features on my car which I am still learning and reading about. Thank you for the nice experience More
