I had another good experience at Sloane Toyota, 3rd time. I've gone back because of the atmosphere, and willingness of dealer to work with me regardless of my situation. Nothing here is assumed, each situa I've gone back because of the atmosphere, and willingness of dealer to work with me regardless of my situation. Nothing here is assumed, each situation seems to be taken in account personally. I live 5 minutes from a Toyota dealer that is not like this, and exactly why I go to Sloane. They aren't going to give you an exceptional deal on your trade, nor are they gonna take $5000 off the price of the new car, but they will do what others are doing - NADA for your trade, and a couple of thousand total off the car. But the length at which they go to make sure you are given every chance to get the car you want, regardless of your situation, amount owed, credit score, etc. Ramiz took the time to really listen, find a solution, and make it work. Drove away in the new car without any feelings of regret. They are a good group here and by the way, if you hear rumors car dealers aren't busy, they haven't been here to see the number of customers coming in and cars going out. Insanity on the amount of customers in the middle of a workday. But like I said, 3rd new car from Sloane. Ramiz has been my guy all along, and glad I have had the chance to work with him. He doesn't judge you, he helps you. That is admirable. More
