Virus defying Sloane, and especially Ramiz Khalaf, met the challenge of COVID-19 and effected a new lease for a 2020 RAV4. The thought and care that went into the execution of the new lease was spectacular. And Ramiz went out of the way to secure a deal for me that had expired a month earlier but that I had been unable to take advantage of because of the shut-down. Good work! Kudos also to the guy who prepared the papers for me to sign (but I forget his name :-( ). More

Easy buying experience I was able to negotiate my new RAV4 Hybrid over phone/text with Ramiz, which made for a very straightforward and easy visit! I was driving away with m I was able to negotiate my new RAV4 Hybrid over phone/text with Ramiz, which made for a very straightforward and easy visit! I was driving away with my new car after less than 2 hours at the dealership (which included a test drive!). The dealership has also taken great precautions to prevent the spread of COVID. Everyone is required to wear a mask inside the dealership, and there was even a plastic screen between us and the finance person as we went through as signed everything. We were very happy and impressed with how everything was handled from sales, to finance to service. We will be back once my husband realizes his car is too small for a baby :) More
