Ramiz was waiting outside in the freezing cold when I walked up and was very friendly & sincere. He really listened to my needs, understood my situation and worked WITH me to help me buy the car I wanted walked up and was very friendly & sincere. He really listened to my needs, understood my situation and worked WITH me to help me buy the car I wanted. (No "hard sell" to get the "upsell" which I appreciated!) He was the perfect salesguy actually & I would recommend him in a heartbeat. Ramiz & Tom handled all paperwork with professionalism and ease... so glad I took a chance on Sloane Toyota.
