I arrived at Sloane Toyota angry because another car company/dealership had just help me hostage for 2 hrs and in the end….presented me with a deal that was literally twice as much on the monthly paymen company/dealership had just help me hostage for 2 hrs and in the end….presented me with a deal that was literally twice as much on the monthly payments as we had agreed upon and was hanging on the car at my previous visit. This was supposed to have been simple a “sign and drive” Ramiz greeted me at the door with a handshake and said …. Let take a look. He was straight forward about what was available, he took my info, did the math, and gave me the exact monthly payment amount. In less than an hour I had signed the paperwork and was the owner of brand new Toyota Camry. They asked if picking up the car tomorrow was ok as they wanted clean it and fill the tank and so forth. I said I can only come between 12-1 tomorrow. And guess what… at 12:15 I was met in the parking lot handed the keys, and patiently shown how to use the new technology. In 10 minutes I was driving away with a beautiful car that I absolutely love. This, by far was not my first car rodeo…. But this was the most efficient and honest ever!! Thank you all for reminding me there are still good sales people out there!! More
