Sirs, I came to your dealership to repair both outside mirrors. I had visited a year ago when we had some accident damage and our insurance company put our car in another repair shop who could not repair mirrors. I had visited a year ago when we had some accident damage and our insurance company put our car in another repair shop who could not repair it. I noticed then how your maintenance team treated each other and customers with care and respect. I liked that. This time it was the same. They didn't talk down to me nor tried to do unnecessary work.
