I bought a 2013 Ford F150 truck from Ramon, I haven't bought a vehicle in 20 years, I have a 2003 Ford F150! I have been looking for a while for something I could afford. Well needless to say this has be bought a vehicle in 20 years, I have a 2003 Ford F150! I have been looking for a while for something I could afford. Well needless to say this has been the worst experience purchasing a vehicle I ever had! So unprofessional, no customer service until I had to pretty much demand it. There was an oil leak that needed taken care of on the truck a few days after purchasing it! What was even worse is I got pulled over for the license plate bulbs being out right after I bought it and drove it home that night, ridiculous! Vehicle had gone through an inspection? Well that's what was told to me. I would think they would have seen the oil leak as well!! When I picked my truck up was told it couldn't be detailed, something about there water pipes. So here I buy a vehicle, pay cash, and it is dirty, plus has a coating on it like it was sitting by the paint booth and got over spray on it, it's on the windows and paint. So at this point I'm not a real happy customer! I have sent messages to Ramon, plus email to his boss Alex. They did fix the oil leak, but there are still things that haven't been addressed that need taken care of! They need to make it right!I have never been so disappointed shopping for a vehicle as I was here at this dealership. There was one good thing and that was when I got my rental,the guys were great there! Thanks Luis! More

Absolutely horrible experience, guy was very nice at time of sale but as soon as sale was completed I had a couple questions and sales and finance guys will not answer calls at all, they sent a couple of tex of sale but as soon as sale was completed I had a couple questions and sales and finance guys will not answer calls at all, they sent a couple of text messages advancing will call back but never did - my temp plates almost expire now and have not received actual plates yet - I will not be surprised if they never sent info to DMV - spoked to a supposedly manager and the guy sounded mad because I was bothering them. Absolutely horrible service stay away! You probably better off going to Jim click or somewhere else . More
