Worst dealership in America. Went in looking for a Chevrolet Tahoe. Looked at 2. First one had a faulty Carfax report that popped up when I was about to sign the contract, stating it had a rebuilt engine. They still tried selling me the defective vehicle. I refused so they found another one that had low mileage for the year. Went to look at it, the entertainment screen in the back of the passenger seat was smashed like someone’s head crashed into it. They still tried selling me that stating it’s only about $1k to replace it. I should have known from there what kind of people I was dealing with, but I needed a car. They convinced me to look at the Jeep Wagoneer. It was a newer car with low mileage, so I said why not. What did I do? They sold me a lemon with a faulty transmission that they claim can’t be fixed because there is no check engine light showing and they can’t see the problem on their system. I am now stuck with a car that drives like a trash. I went back to see if I can trade it for a new Tahoe that had just arrived on the lot. After they had me sitting in the dealership for hours (losing money and time), we finally came to a deal on the trade and the purchase. But it was getting late and I had to leave to pick someone up from the airport. So I said I would come in the following day to sign all the paperwork (giving them ample time to get the car and paperwork ready). After wasting gas to drive this clunker to the dealership to sign the paperwork and pick up the new car, the finance manager messed up the deal stating the numbers are off. I know what they were doing. They were trying to squeeze more money out of me. I guess they felt I was an easy mark, but that was going down like that. Now I’m out insurance money, gas money, time that I can never get back and I never got the car. If you value your money, time and peace of mind, don’t do business with this dealership. They are all scammers! More

Let me start off by saying I’ve had a lot of good and bad experience with dealerships but this one’s gotta be the worst. To start off I stopped by the Miami Lakes Chevrolet dealership yesterday to see if the experience with dealerships but this one’s gotta be the worst. To start off I stopped by the Miami Lakes Chevrolet dealership yesterday to see if they had a 2024 White Traverse Z71 available and my salesman (Ramon Rodriguez) stated that they had one available and that the vehicle was in transit and set to arrive today. So I touched base with my salesman (Ramon Rodriguez) today and he stated that the vehicle had arrived and was available. So I told my salesman (Ramon Rodriguez) that I would be leaving West Palm Beach at 1p to purchase the vehicle. So after my 2 hour drive I arrive at the Miami Lakes Chevrolet dealership where my salesman (Ramon Rodriguez) said that the vehicle was currently being purchased by someone else. The level of inconsideration and disrespect from not only the salesman but the worthless general manager (Lazaro Velez) were on another level. Stay far away from this dealership they have no respect or consideration for their customers. More
