Service with a Smile is an Understatement My husband and I had just about had it with my VW Jetta, but were hesitant to buy brand new. We met with Ramon, and instantly felt his enthusiasm for My husband and I had just about had it with my VW Jetta, but were hesitant to buy brand new. We met with Ramon, and instantly felt his enthusiasm for his job and for life in general. He put us at ease, and was more than willing to walk in circles around the lot while we fell in love with a color, then a style, and finally the vehicle that fit our full wish-list. Not a single person at the dealership made us feel unwelcome. In fact, it was just the opposite. More than once we were offered a beverage, and many of the staff checked in on us while Ramon was running around to finalize our deal. Thank you times a hundred to Dickson City Hyundai! More
