I was nervous because I hadn’t purchased a new car since 2009 and I was also going to a different manufacturer. Everyone I dealt with were so helpful and I immediately relaxed. He is 85 years old and expressed to me that he is often made to feel rushed and gets lost in the details regarding negotiating the terms of a lease. He was anxious and wanted to make sure he was getting a good deal. Ramona was excellent!! Exceedingly kind and patient and answered all of his questions carefully and made sure he understood everything. Every time he spoke she gave him her undivided attention and truly put him at ease. The vehicle he wanted was not available in the color he wanted, rather than having to wait for it the generous sales team offered an upgraded model on the lot that he gladly accepted! Ramona then took the time to review all the features and made sure that all his questions have been answered. He left very happy thanks to the excellent service and will definitely be a return customer! I will happily share this great experience with all friends that are new car shopping!
