The appt I made for an oil change did not show in system when I arrived. My entire day was scheduled around it. I was told they couldn’t do it and to come back another day. I would’ve rated this dealer only a 1 star, if Ramphis Martinez wouldn’t have made sure my car got the oil change I came in for. I appreciated his efforts, so increased my rating to a 3.
