Service department was an absolute train wreck. Lines of cars so long the cars were into the street. Disorganized xxxx show. NEVER saw my service adviser despite making my appointment a week ago. The porter ended up giving me my paperwork and pointing me in the general direction to wait. Arrived 15 minutes early didn't have someone take my car until 30 minutes after my appointment. I’m giving the Ford dealership 4 stars. They’re great overall; however, after my first oil change this morning, I noticed oil leaking from the bottom of my engine and spilling onto my drive They’re great overall; however, after my first oil change this morning, I noticed oil leaking from the bottom of my engine and spilling onto my driveway. It was extra oil that had spilt and was dripping. The engine was fine, but I had to clean up the oil that dripped from my 2026 truck. More
