I recently purchased a vehicle from the Subaru pre-owned car lot. The sales team was amazing. I had an issue with an item that was repaired by the body shop previous to me purchasing the car. The used vehic car lot. The sales team was amazing. I had an issue with an item that was repaired by the body shop previous to me purchasing the car. The used vehicle manager had me bring the car back and they provided me a loaner, repaired the issue, paid for all the parts and did it in record time. The paint shop manager greeted me when I pulled up and walked me through the entire process. The finished result was above and beyond my expectations. They had installed and repainted the damaged part, as well as addressed other cosmetic issues at no charge. This is by far, the best car buying experience I have ever had. My wife and I purchased the Suburu Hybrid Forrester sport. The staff was absolutely amazing.
