The people who serviced my car and checked me out after words were great. The Sales manager was awful and rude and kept blaming me for the problem my car had. While I know that Braman Honda is not always the least expensive dealer for Honda vehicles, their service is phenomenally superior and consistent in comparison to any other Honda dealers I have been to. I am surprised they continue to do so with many sales advisers switching jobs, but my experience with Cathy Rodgers and Finance Manager, Alfonso Murcia were both excellent to say the very least. Andres Olaya and Om Prakash had assisted my brother Randall and I, last we were there with two young ladies we noticed weren’t there, that were in 2021 buying the 2022 EX Civic. So, wanted them to know that I recognized and remembered them also. Bought a 2021 Honda CRV prior in June that year from a dealer we were always loyal with for 20 years, even though further away in Davie, but since their sales service had dropped, we have found Braman our place or preferred service. If you haven’t before, consider Braman Honda definitely! More

Scott did a great job assisting me with the sale. However, was disappointed with the finance and insurance team. This was not explained to me during the purchase and was only explained after I left. The requirements should not contradict the contract that I signed. Also disappointed to receive an extremely high interest rate when I have an 800+ credit score with a lengthy credit history. More
