Went to dealer to look at 2 used jeep gladiators - only 1 available because sales manager had the 2nd off site on "day off". Ended up buying the one on site. Buyer needs to be sure to acquaint with all fea available because sales manager had the 2nd off site on "day off". Ended up buying the one on site. Buyer needs to be sure to acquaint with all features on vehicle - sales person did not send a lot of time covering features. Overall the deal was solid with a fair price and decent value for my trade-in vehicle. Somehow dealer got mailing address correct on half the purchase documents and incorrect on half the documents. Dealer went out of their way to provide extra options at cost. Very satisfied. More

I don't feel like the price for my trade was fair. The sales folks lowballed us for our trade by over $3000. Then Woody's in turn advertised my trade-in on their site for 3 times the amount I was off The sales folks lowballed us for our trade by over $3000. Then Woody's in turn advertised my trade-in on their site for 3 times the amount I was offered. Now let me talk about the vehicle I purchased...There was no negotiation, in fact, the price went up when they found out I was going to pay cash. I'm giving Woody's sales dept two stars out of the benefit of the doubt. The vehicle is awesome, but that's only because of the folks who cleaned it and purchased it, to begin with. Woody's sales department was difficult at best and unwilling to make a deal that we both felt like we won. I would recommend using Woody's, because of the quality of the vehicle. Just know going in you're dealing with car salespersons who are unwilling to work fairly with you and they're not working for you to get the best deal possible. No matter how many times they say it. Polly didn't do us any favors when negotiating a price. More
