One will never know for certain as to why he felt it necessary to tell me that Toyota has ‘high standards’. I have to say the conversation was condescending. I was given the preliminary screening of questions and then stereotyped. I never saw a vehicle. I’m typically known as a valued customer, but this was my first time at Toyota. Could it have been because my transaction would have required some effort. Whatever his preconceived notions were, they served me well… It directed me to another dealership that understands a hard-worker deserves a great customer experience and a good deal because - this customer has ‘high standards, too!’ More

My wife and I worked with RW Orsburn on the purchase of a 2025 Camry XSE. RW’s very thorough but low-key approach meshed well with us. This gentleman is a good listener who clearly enjoys his work, meeting his customers’ needs and making them happy. His communication, follow-up and attention to detail are excellent. This dealership has a straightforward approach to pricing and discounts, which we welcomed because we do not enjoy haggling or playing games. We look forward to enjoying our first new Toyota. More

BUYER BEWARE I had an extremely disappointing experience at Longo of Toyota. I worked with a sales associate for over 2 hours. I explained multiple times the price point at which I needed the vehicle. They at Longo of Toyota. I worked with a sales associate for over 2 hours. I explained multiple times the price point at which I needed the vehicle. They then ran my credit, which negatively impacted my score, yet they refused to budge even a single dollar on the price of the car. After wasting over two hours of my time, I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More
