There were a few times I called about how to operate a gadget or two on the car and he was very patient and helpful. A year later, I still get a courtesy call on how I am doing with my new car, which is my 3rd Toyota. My first Toyota I had 3 years, 2nd Toyota, 17 years (4-Runner) and now looking for a long experience with my Toyota Highlander. I love my Toyota's. My youngest daughter have a Toyota Avalon (12 years old). Toyota you Rock! I would recommend purchasing a Toyota from McLarty Toyota. Good people that cater about you after the sale. More
