Liked the car, but the original sales person that I was working with was not available yesterday. I informed the sales person that did help me look at the car, that I would be back today at my scheduled appointment (1230) to complete the paperwork and complete the purchase of the vehicle. When I arrived 30 minutes early, I was told the car had been sold to another individual. I could have been there at opening but waited for my appointment, I’m old school, believe in loyalty. No heads up, no courtesy call (he had my personal number in his phone). the sales person that assisted me yesterday acted like he did not know I was returning today(as I said, my number was on his phone). What a croc…… where is the customer service. This would not have been the first vehicle I or my family have purchased from Checkered Flag, May not return More
