Although it was my first time meeting Randi @ Mercedes of Little Silver, I have been a client of the previous owners of the dealership which was Contemporary Motor Cars of Little Silver (since 1994). Randi Little Silver, I have been a client of the previous owners of the dealership which was Contemporary Motor Cars of Little Silver (since 1994). Randi was an OUTSTANDING Service Rep and I thoroughly enjoyed meeting with her and discussing many things - my car's service, which required much maintenance (as I had a tiny rodent living in my engine...ouch) but also needed more work. Randi was thorough in her explanation of what was needed and kept me informed every step of the way as to what was going on with the service and explained the additional repairs that were need. As I said, even though it was my first time dealing with Randi I was totally impressed with her knowledge, professionalism and most of all friendliness, and her sincerity. Randi had everything you could have needed in a Service Representative. More
