Great experience with San Antonio Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. I was provided with excellent customer service, from there team and sales person, Amador, during my visit. They were able to provide a comfortable environment and the staff was easy to talk to, answering any questions I had. They were able to meet my needs and get me into a new vehicle, I was interested in. The great customer service, from my sales person, has extended beyond my visit. Amador has given follow up calls and messages ensuring any questions I may have, are answered. As a result of the great experience with this dealership, I would look to them again for any future purchase. More

The advertised price of the car dropped prior to my purchase and the dealer wouldn't honor the advertised price and issue a credit when I asked. When I bought the 2023 Ram 1500 vehicle on 14 Oct at approx 1030 pm it was dark and when I did a walk around I did not see the small passenger door dent and I did notice the horrible job the detailers d approx 1030 pm it was dark and when I did a walk around I did not see the small passenger door dent and I did notice the horrible job the detailers did at night. However, in the morning on Sunday did notice the door dent and more so the detailing job was really bad. You couldn't do anything because your dealership was closed on Sunday. However, I did text Randall my salesman and he said that they will take care of it and detailing the vehicle again. On Monday I went back to dealership about my concerns and getting another detail service and addressing the dent on the passenger front door and they said that it will taken care of. The truck bed had damage according to the detailer manager with scratches too after he was done. On Tuesday I called Stellantis Financial and told them of my experience and said that I was not happy with the sale they stated that in the state of Texas I have 3 days to turn in the vehicle and to turn the keys if I'm not happy buying a damaged vehicle. So that's exactly what I did and Mr. Brian got very upset and raised his when I was trying to turn in or get a better resolution to my experience. Brian Wells is very unprofessional and made a scene when I came in to ask about the turn process or resolution. He stated that it will go bad on me because of my credit and the sale was final because it had already funded. He yelled at a young African American co worker not to take the keys. He embarrassed me in front of customers and his co workers. I couldn't believe this outburst and unprofessionalism from Brian. I would say to review the cameras on 17 Oct at approx 5 pm or so you can see how he acting a fool. I did exactly what Stellantis advised me to do return the keys to damage vehicle and go home. Overall, Mr. Chris and Randall did an awesome job , but I couldn’t work your dealership due to a lack of professionalism and integrity. Your finance person Rafael did not explain my payment process and amounts. More
