The vehicle I purchased was delivered in poor condition, despite being promised it would be detailed. It was filthy and had paint specks all over it, to the point that I had to pay to have it properly cleaned after the purchase.
The overall experience felt rushed, as if the goal was simply to get us in and out once we chose a vehicle. On top of that, I found the manager to be unprofessional and dismissive. I was also stood up for scheduled appointments, which only added to the frustration.
What makes this even more disappointing is that I referred someone to this dealership the very next day, and they had a similarly negative experience. That reflects poorly on me, and I regret making that recommendation.
Based on this experience, I have no reason to return.

Very unprofessional in the end we got what we wanted but am definitely turned off by poor management and bad tactics. Adam Cantu tried to pull a snake move. And Latzu was just complimented.
