Eric immediately engaged in very personaable interaction, answered all questions, made incredibly important comparisons that resulted in my purchasing a new 2022 Hyundai Tuscon. I would rate his customer service skills among the best I've ever encountered. He's a marvelous source of information, wonderfully engaging, and has the kind of integrity and honesty that any customer would be priveliged to have him on their side. A wonderful communicator, he continually kept us up to date as we awaited the delivery of the car due to supply chain issues. I would have rated Eric 10 stars had they been available!
