Only spent a hour at the dealer, and most of the time was actually going over the truck since everything was done prior. 2019 F250 Purchase 8/10 I dropped in this past weekend after searching the Houston area for a specific color combination - and found 2 at Planet Ford (Spring). Unfortunately, I dropped in this past weekend after searching the Houston area for a specific color combination - and found 2 at Planet Ford (Spring). Unfortunately, one sold, and the remaining was a dealer demo that was turned in literally hours before my arrival. When I first saw the vehicle, I was a solid no. However, my salesman (Randy Cortez) asked me to think it over (lunch date with my wife) while he had the vehicle go through a quick detail. During lunch, I received a call from David Mena (sales manager), and felt comfortable enough to go back and see the truck. I was happily surprised- but what impressed me most was the flat out honesty Randy exhibited, as well as the can-do willingness I experienced in dealing with David. In short, my quickly evolving business relationship with them (both) was actually enjoyable-and far from what I’ve experienced in many dealerships in the past. They were personable, friendly, up front, and again - honest. For that, they’ve each earned my highest recommendation and best wishes for what I hope is a bright future. More
