I am a single mother recently divorced. My car that I have owned since 2003 has been falling apart a little at a time. My repair person kept telling me I still have a good car its just with mileage its have owned since 2003 has been falling apart a little at a time. My repair person kept telling me I still have a good car its just with mileage its going to start to nickle and dime me. Well my idea of nickle & dime is $50 not $500 or more. It was time to start looking. My sister works for Denso and she said lets just look at Toyota. Our family has always been American vehicles and we did compare closely. We met Randy and right away he made me feel comfortable. He was honest and assuring and allowed the many questions that we had. Everyone else in the office was talking to us as well, considering my sister and I are both quite talkative its hard to not engage in conversation with us when we are together. Everyone was very nice. More

The reason we dealt with this dealership is because we wanted to purchase a Prius and this is the local dealership, which makes it more convenient for us. As compared to another auto dealer (different br wanted to purchase a Prius and this is the local dealership, which makes it more convenient for us. As compared to another auto dealer (different brand), this office was ill-equipped (2 broken printers) and disorganized (both visits kept us much longer than necessary - even when we had a specific time to pick up our car). Even though I, as the female of the twosome purchasing the car, would be the one driving the car, I was pretty much left out of the discussion. When we picked up the car, we were subjected to a rather dramatic demonstration/sales pitch for the extra paint and upholstery package. Once we finally got to see Glenn to do our paperwork, he tried selling us one of these packages even before going over the sales agreement. The only reasons we "recommend" this dealership is that we have purchased a number of vehicles previously from this dealership and have been satisfied with the service in the past and we also are very pleased with the service department. More
