Worst dealer experience ever!! Drove 3.5 hours to buy a car I had been working a deal on for days. They sold the car out from under me right before I got there. No one said there were multiple people looki car I had been working a deal on for days. They sold the car out from under me right before I got there. No one said there were multiple people looking at the vehicle. I would of put a deposit down if knowing this. Poor business ethics More

I had bald tires as well and I wasn't aware it needed to be replaced so soon. He made me get back into loaner and found the best deals for new set of tires. He was very accommodating and caring which that's hard to find. Lonnie(service advisor) was also accommodating and explained throughly about my car. I will most definitely continue to come to Nelson Mazda. More
