For a place that needs repeat buyers, they sure go out of the way to make you never want to go back. Salesman think they know the product but in reality they do not. Finance managers push you off to someone else because they don’t want to help or do their jobs. Salesman claimed they were different than any other dealer. Nope. All I wanted to do is get a refund of some add ons that the dealer did not recommend after the purchase was complete. Been told many times (I have proof) that the check was ready. Been to the dealer a few times to get refund and nothing. No one knows anything. Call your salesman. Everytme! Still no resolution and we are about to head into week three. Shop at your own risk! More
