oh my last repair job that was a recall from Ford, someone definitely dropped the ball. Either Ford or the local dealership provided a terrible customer service. It has made me revaluate whether or no someone definitely dropped the ball. Either Ford or the local dealership provided a terrible customer service. It has made me revaluate whether or not I want to continue with Ford and this dealership as well. To keep my pick up for 12 days for a recall is not acceptable. No one reached out to me to keep me informed nor apologize for the poor quality of this service. More
