Incredible service. We had a brand new Lincoln from Grapevine that blew a hose on our way to Waco…like literally brand new. It had less than 150 miles on it. We pulled in on Saturday at 4pm, gave the guys my keys to My brand new vehicle, he took my name, and then took charge. Randy was amazing and got everything put back together quickly. I’m thankful that Hillsboro Ford was in the right place at the right time for us. More

It has been a great experience dealing with Hillsboro Ford from starting with the salesman , to dealing with the service department. Hillsboro Ford is the only local Ford dealer that actually gives loane Ford from starting with the salesman , to dealing with the service department. Hillsboro Ford is the only local Ford dealer that actually gives loaner vehicles when your car is being serviced if needed . Great Experience ! More

I would recommend the service department. Presently, with the orientation to new ownership, at times I feel the sales department is overwhelmed. The purchase of a 2024 Platinum F 350 was dif Presently, with the orientation to new ownership, at times I feel the sales department is overwhelmed. The purchase of a 2024 Platinum F 350 was difficult experience for me. I am happy with the vehicle. I have no malus toward the ownership. The lack of telephone communication follow up , is problematic for me. I called multiple time and never had one phone call returned before and after the truck transaction. As with other dealerships, games are played, and when I have to pay a relief veterinarian in order to buy a truck. my time is very important to me. I do not play games, I am very straight forward, it is the cowboy way. I realize some people do not understand my philosophy and try my best not to be a "Karen". The customer is the most important person at my business, I feel it may not be at this current dealership due to lack of time, organization skills or just being overwhelmed by the volume of people. .
