Great to work with! This was the first time I have been to a dealership that there was absolutly NO high pressure sales pitches thrown at me. As far as that goes there wa This was the first time I have been to a dealership that there was absolutly NO high pressure sales pitches thrown at me. As far as that goes there wasn't even a low pressure sales pitch. Randy worked with me most of the day Friday getting me information on two different Cadillacs on the lot. I live an hour and a half away from the dealership so it was important that I get acurate information before driving down. My wife and I drove down Saturday morning and the car we wanted was sitting there waiting for us. It was everything Randy had said it was. This was the most pleasant car buying experiance I have ever encountered.When it is time for me to get another car McDonald GMC Cadillac will be the first place I look. More

Got a great deal fast! I had an engine go and stopped in to see what they could do for me. Randy was able to get me a much newer car than I expected at a price in my budget. I also appreciated Randy saying I could contact him directly after the purchase (multiple times) if I had additional questions. That's made me feel like he wasn't just trying to close a deal. He was honest and spent a great deal of time and effort so I was able to get what I really wanted! The whole team were friendly and helpful through out the whole process. Randy even helped me clean out my truck, set up OnStar, XM and blue tooth phone. Super nice! More
