Filled out all the necessary paperwork, messages proving the deal only to be told as we were driving there our vehicle had been sold from underneath us. Completely unethical business with no regard for following up or through for anyone. DON"T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Their 'managers' are snakes in the grass, who throw their salesmen to the wolves to have to take the heat for the managers poor excuse of business. More

Mislead by Extended Warranty I purchased a New Jeep Renegade 3 months ago and purchased the extended warranty. 2 weeks ago I brought Jeep to service department because a small pie I purchased a New Jeep Renegade 3 months ago and purchased the extended warranty. 2 weeks ago I brought Jeep to service department because a small piece of the grill on the front bottom fell off. The screws were still attached and the grill sits back from the bumper. Service Dept. had to take pictures to see if my warranty covered the piece and labor. First of all when I purchased the extended warranty they told me this covered my Jeep bumper to bumper. Anyway they rejected the picture and are telling me I need to pay to have this fixed. They said I must of hit something! Why would the screws still be attached and the bumper would of been dented if I hit something. Plus I had to call twice to get a answer from them, they never called me back. So I advise people not to buy extended warranty! Plus the Service Department was not prompt on returning my call. Very UNHAPPY Customer!!! More
