Professional and efficient. I was greeted by a service agent as soon as I arrived. He found my information immediately & reviewed my reason for service & off my car went. We drove over three hours to get the vehicle and thought that the service would be good since we read some reviews and the sales team member seemed nice enough. The process overall was smooth but there were that the service would be good since we read some reviews and the sales team member seemed nice enough. The process overall was smooth but there were some snyde comments about how they could have had e vehicle sold three times already. We were happy with the purchase then maybe 70 miles down the road the check tire light turned on. They couldn’t replace the wipers or get new double sided tape for the auto start window fob. Now the car is leaking steering fluid. Couldn’t even bother to fix these things. I also haven’t received a refund for the title I sent to them via mail. I’d really look somewhere else for a vehicle. I have had my vehicle in 8 times for the same issue. The service department has yet to fix it. This has been an inconvenience to me and my workplace. The service dept is always pleasant to work with. My biggest concern is that the Nissan Rouge is in the shop more than on the road. I ave never had more problems with a vehicle ever.
