The cost exceeded my expectations, and the time taken was significantly longer than anticipated. Incurring $2700 for an electrical issue that required five days is not an optimal experience for any customer. significantly longer than anticipated. Additionally, the ECU problem was a recall for 2020 Highlanders, which was never done on my vehicle or my vehicle wasn’t affected. However, the mechanic attributed it to a pop. Our three-year-old has sat in that spot since owning the vehicle and we’ve never even let her try juice. Similar complaints have been reported online, and I intend to file a complaint with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). More

They changed my oil and oil leaked all over my garage floor. I brought it back in and they changed the oil again but never gave a satisfactory answer why there was such a large leak. Well the reason for a one star is I left this dealership mad as xxxx. When I got there I asked the service advisor if they could not wash the car and they agreed that they would not wash the car. The reason mad as xxxx. When I got there I asked the service advisor if they could not wash the car and they agreed that they would not wash the car. The reason I didn't want it washed is because on the prior Thursday I had just washed it and but all the tire and trim shine on which isn't water proof so I didn't feel like having to do all the all over again. The one thing I cannot tolerate is people who lie to you and don't keep their word. I don't see what is so hard about being truthful. More
