The appointment took over one week for the repair. I told the service dept. what needed to be done because I had a mechanic check out the car before I brought it to the dealership. No one took my word for the repairs as far as I can tell. I guess I cannot blame them. Who am I to tell them what needs to be done? The SERVICE Center employees were much more friendly than the SALES Department employees. During the purchase of a Highlander at Lake Country, without informing us, the sales department place an electronic the SALES Department employees. I was not even aware of these documents, until two weeks later, when I asked a question about the warranties that I had been misinformed about. More
