After some time negotiating deals, I wa I went in to inquire about leasing a Toyota and had a very excellent experience with salesman Elliot Skjordal. After some time negotiating deals, I was told that the New Car Sales Manager, Randy Love, was going to check in and see how my service was with Elliot. Instead he came in to the room, very aggressive in tone and posture, asking me to agree that he was offering me an excellent deal. He asked me this a few times, and I calmly let them know I would be taking the deal home to consider. The next couple of days, Randy sent me badgering text messages, pressuring me to accept the deal without even trying to help me find different options. I was very impressed with Elliott Skjordal's service and believe he would have made a sale on his own. However, this unprofessional and aggressive behavior from the manager, Randy Love, dissuaded me from making any deals. As a customer I do not appreciate being literally bullied into a sale. More

Being new in the area I was not sure about some of the local dealers. However, Randy Love, Sales Manager was very helpful and worked with me for over several weeks in selecting/ordering the right truck that I was wanting to purchase. Mark, in the service center made me feel welcome and helped me with some issues on one of our other Toyotas we own. Met Tony in Detailing and was able to discuss undercoating process for my truck. He did an excellent job. Worked with Theresa, Business Manger she was very helpful in helping with the paper work and dealing with an out of State registration. She made it very easy. Even when Theresa was not there one day(day off) Kathy C. stepped in, pulled my file and Fax'd additional paper work to the Louisiana DMV in a matter of minutes. When the truck finally was ready for me to drive home Spencer Simpson, Sales and Leasing walked me through every aspect of the truck, showed how all the knobs and buttons worked and was very helpful with explaining all the new electronic systems. Family will buy from them again. More

Made Finding A New Car Easy! I went into Signature on a Saturday evening around 1:30. Thought that I would test drive out a few vehicles and possibly make a decision over the foll I went into Signature on a Saturday evening around 1:30. Thought that I would test drive out a few vehicles and possibly make a decision over the following week. However, I ended up leasing a new car that same day! That was possible with the help I got at Signature! I told them my budget and my sales rep did all she could to keep within my budget! I really feel that I got a great deal on a safe, reliable and awesome looking new car (all guilty free)! -- The employees stayed after hours to assure I was satisfied with my purchase and multiple people stopped by to say hello and thank me for my business. Signature was a very clean and friendly place to car shop and I didn't feel pressured by the sales rep whatsoever to buy a car that day (even though I did :)). Very helpful and for someone who doesn't know much about cars (or car buying), I felt all my questions were answered and know that they will be there for me with any other questions even after that sale! More

Once my mind settled and I got on the "I'm getting a new car" page, things went pretty smooth. My normal car guy, Carl Harris, started my process on a Friday showing me the first vehicle I was interested in, and then manager, Randy Love, continued with me the next day, Saturday, discussing all my options to lease or purchase for three different vehicles with the assistance of sales associate Christopher Salinas. Finalization was done on a Tuesday morning with Christopher and Theresa Clark completing the insurance and financial end of it. I was made to feel completely comfortable in my purchase and was made sure I knew everything I needed to know for any questions or future needs before I left. Couldn't be more satisfied with everyone. More
