Randy and Ryan were very nice to work with. We were surprised to not have an automatic lift gate on this jeep. That was a disappointment. Because this jeep was transferred from another dealership we di surprised to not have an automatic lift gate on this jeep. That was a disappointment. We did look at the detail sheet and compare to the jeep trail hawk we were trading in but didn’t notice that the automatic lift gate wasn’t on this new one. More

I showed up on a snow day for the dealership so they were busy cleaning up the lot, but, I was pleasantly greeted and taken care of right away. Nathan Diederich, the Finance Mgr., was very helpful in telling me about the warranties available on this vehicle so I also got a great deal on an extended warranty. Overall experience was a fantastic and I would recommend to anyone in search of a new or pre-owned vehicle at Frank Boucher of Janesville!! More

Randy was great! I had contacted him prior to arriving at the dealership and let him know which vehicles I was interested in. He had them warmed up and ready to go when I got there.
