I wanted to say that I had been looking for a truck for some time and had been to various dealers looking for a truck that would suit my needs and my budget. Other dealers continued to play the "song and some time and had been to various dealers looking for a truck that would suit my needs and my budget. Other dealers continued to play the "song and dance" with price and trade value never really giving me a straight answer. I contacted Frank Boucher and spoke with Randy there. He gave me the total price upfront with tax, title, and delivery, no games just honesty. Randy also gave me an approximate trade in value for my vehicle before I ever stopped at the dealership. I knew exactly what I was getting and the price walking into to the dealership, and there were no games or "add ons". This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Professional, Efficient, Fair A vehicle was recommended to me by a friend. I set an appointment with Randy, (salesman), and Nate, (Sales Manager). However, as I drove into the dealership, I noticed what looked to be my dream vehicle. While driving that first option, they got my dream vehicle ready, I drove it, they gave me what I believe to be a very fair deal, gave me a competitive offer for my current vehicle, (which I was NOT planning on trading in), and drove off the lot VERY happy and surprised my wife with something we both love. And on the way out the door, they said I qualified for a new chain saw, leaf blower, weed wacker, $400 Coach purse or BIG frozen box of steaks, which BARELY fit in our freezer! More
