I liked the sales team. Honest and kind. I strongly dislike the price markup, however. The advertised price (of all used cars at this dealership) does not include an alre Honest and kind. So every used car is actually 1399 dollars more than the advertised price. I was told this is a marketing decision to bring in more buyers, that if they advertised the actual cost including their already applied paint shield, they would get fewer customers looking at the cars. I bought the car anyway, as my daughter loved the vehicle. i told them, however, that i found the bait and switch pricing to be borderline fraudulent and it left me with a bad experience overall.
