I have been having all of my service done at Brandfon for the 9 years I have owned my Civic. They have been consistently superior in the way they handle themselves. Today I went in for an oil change and found I had several problems which needed attention. Even though my bill was much more than I had expected to spend, they made it as painless as possible including giving me a ride to and from home instead of waiting at the dealership. Randy Newton is OUTSTANDING and a real asset to the dealership. He always explains everything in plain English so that even I can understand what is going on. Although I didn't see him today, my salesman, John Prodis always stops to chat with me and when I am ready for a new car, this is where I will purchase it. Keep up the good work!!! More

Randy was very hospitable. When I arrived on the second day, he greeted me with a warm smile and said "Hey you made it!!". Honda made my experience feel very personable. I purchased my Certified Pre-Owned Honda not long ago, and the other day, the driver's side visor suddenly snapped apart and would not stay up.
