He displayed a great ability to translate my desired vehicle features and specifications into a couple of different suggested vehicles. John was very knowledgeable of the cars on the lot, and made sure to follow up with timely answers to the few questions he did not know right off the bat. If I have family or friends who need a new vehicle, I would tell them to start with John. On the numbers side, Randy was also very helpful. He filled in to answer questions about my vehicle while the Sales member was occupied. He tuned his negotiation to his audience with me being a young adult (pushed the limit a time or two when discussing my personal budget, but not to the point where I felt disrespected). He drove a hard bargain, but in the end I think we arrived at a very fair price. More

I purchased from out of state and very pleased I live outside of IL and found a Ford Explorer on autotrader through Uftring Automall. Worried driving that far... were the online pictures true to the car, will the car be there when I get there, is this dealership even real? When I got there the car was exactly as pictured online. The process was quick. PJ, Randy and Chris were all very helpful and speedy to get us in and out. The car was clean, full of gas and ready to go! I am very pleased with Uftring Automall and the people that we worked with and I love my car! When I am in the market for a new vehicle... I will for sure check back to Uftring Automall! More

I had called the day before we drove to the dealership to make sure the vehicle we were looking at Ivan was our salesman and he was extremely helpful. I had called the day before we drove to the dealership to make sure the vehicle we were looking at was still there and he ran outside even though it was really cold out to make sure. When he confirmed it was still there he called me back and gave me his cell number so I could call him when we were almost there so he could have the car pulled up and warming up for us. After our test drive Ivan was more then willing to get us the price for our trade and work with us. We could tell that he wanted to make the sale. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. More

As pleasant as one could hope for Not having purchased many cars over a lifetime, I was pleased that I was introduced to Randy Staser. He was very relaxed and someone I was comfortable speaking with. Randy spent plenty of time getting acquainted with me and learning what my needs were. I wasn't sure of the exact used car I was looking for. Randy asked several leading questions and very quickly we narrowed the search. Randy was familiar with the huge inventory and we quickly found a car that I was interested in. He was also very knowledgeable about all of the features of the vehicle which gave me confidence in him. The next day I brought my wife in to see the car. It was cleaned up and sitting in the front of the store. We were given ample time for a test drive and to ask more questions. The negotiations were handled professionally and on paper, I was given a fair amount for my trade. I assume that I overpaid for the difference but the car was in exceptional condition. Since the sale Randy has made follow-up calls to know how I am doing with the new technology. If I was to buy another car I would definitely talk to Randy Staser. And I would recommend him to friends. More
