I am extremely pleased with Allen Chevrolet/Cadillac sales and service. We wanted a new SUV and virtually looked at all the traditional brands and settled on the Cadillac XT5 as vehicle of choice. Allen had exactly year, color, options and price point we were looking for. Slightly used and certified. The sales, financing and service was so good that within a few months we went back and bought a summer fun car. We feel like we are family whenever we communicate with the staff at Allen. We also want another car and will undoubtedly got back to our sales representative (Randy) for help. More

Sales people are very knowledgeable. Finish of promised fixes took a while. It seemed that 3rd party who was to replace the windshield did not show when expected and the wait was over a week to correct it. fixes took a while. I expected that the 3rd party company would be more prompt to a dealership. Customer service not rated 5 star because of this issue. More

Service was excellent and the sales associate could easily answer all my questions. They were able to get me in and out quickly and made every effort to make sure I take the new truck home the same day easily answer all my questions.
