The experience was incredible, Mr. Polanco and Mr. Ventura(from the finance dept) helped our dream come true after we were turn down by QueensboroToyota (THEY ARE THE WORSE). Mr. Polanco, Mr. Ventura and the manager, Mr.Sal were upfront and honest about everything and went out of their way to make sure all of my needs were met. If you are shopping in the area then I would strongly recommend you check them out. Even if they don't have the car on their lot, they will do everything they can to get it delivered for you. 5+++++++++ STARS!!!!
