Waste of time having people come there after being told on the phone that I wasn’t interested in selling or buying a car. I think your service department over charges for its work. I did need some other things done on my car, but at the rate that was quoted, I can not afford. I paid over $1000.00 for one window repair, I got home and then the back window would not work and the door latches were sticking. I questioned what could have happened. I came back to the service department a few days after the initial repair and was told that to fix the back window and the door latches would cost $2000+ to fix. I’m a retiree and can’t afford to pay over $3000.00+ for doors and windows. More
