I had a false assumption that when I had something done at the dealership it would be done right the first time, that's never been the experience. On my way home from having this recent oil change my air conditioner fan started making loud noise. l live 40 minutes away so it's not easy to just come back into the dealership to have something fixed. I called Raquel and explained the problem. I had to drive it back into the dealership the next day to have the issue fixed. Raquel made sure that I got in and got out and did not have to wait long to have the problem fixed. And she made it right. It's disappointing to see that most of your other employees don't have that work ethic. More
