Appointments apparently mean nothing and they also pad their scheduled maintenance with unnecessary items. No apparent concern when issues were raised. A 16k scheduled maintenance that should have been an their scheduled maintenance with unnecessary items. No apparent concern when issues were raised. A 16k scheduled maintenance that should have been an hour and cost $130 wound up over 3 hours and over $250. Also they didn't reset my oil life and next service date and mileage on my display. Hopefully they actually did the oil change and service. More
