I made and appointment for oil change and an issue with my car. I waited two weeks for my appointment. Raquel did not seem to know about my oil change. I live an hour away from dealership so I chose to wai my car. I waited two weeks for my appointment. Raquel did not seem to know about my oil change. I live an hour away from dealership so I chose to wait. Three hours go by. I'm unable to use link to check status of my car. I ask Raquel what's going on with my car. She 'will go check'. Two hours later, I get my car back. They did not rotate my tires as requested through their online stuff. And I had to bring my car BACK to get new fuel Injectors to fix the issue my car was having. Union County Kia wasted my ENTIRE DAY OFF. Five hours for an oil change and assessment that I had an appointment for. Very infuriating. More
