Ken was patient in helping me locate my perfect vehicle, and although the process was a long one due to my part, he remained in good spirits the entire time. Communication was very easy, and he was very prompt at answering my questions via phone and email. He made many follow-ups to ensure I was well taken care of during the entire process, and continued to do so until the very end.
