I’ve been coming to this dealership since 2007 and I started realizing that, they’re trying their hardest to step up their game! They have a great staff and a very polite and professional personnel! We had great experience buying our next car in McGrath We had great experience buying our next car in McGrath Acura of Morton Grove. We chose pre-driven 2018 Acura RDX with low mileage. The price was f We had great experience buying our next car in McGrath Acura of Morton Grove. We chose pre-driven 2018 Acura RDX with low mileage. The price was fair and we fell in love with it immediately. All Acura personal was very helpful and professional. The dealership closes at 8:00 pm but they stayed until 9:15 pm until we finalized the deal and drove home in a new car. We suggest one improvement to the dealership practices. We were not ready to buy a car that day as we needed a few days to move money to checking account to be able to pay the full purchase price without financing. Audi dealership offered us to reserve any car, new or used, and buy it a few days later. Acura dealership did not have reservation option for pre-driven cars, so in order not lose the chosen car, we had to go through financing, extra time and hassle that we didn't need. More
