The team greeted my wife and I immediately upon entering the lobby. We received prompt attention, and were immediately taken to a vehicle we described interest in. The test drive was accommodating, and all questions were answered directly. After a brief and painless price discussion (I don't call it a negotiation, as my concerns were heard and met with sincerity) we came to an agreed upon price.
