Outstanding Customer Service and Followup of Issues I purchased my Honda 2014 CR-V AWD in January 2018. Tyler Davis, Sales, and Raul Echeverria, Financing, were exceptional and patient in the purchasin I purchased my Honda 2014 CR-V AWD in January 2018. Tyler Davis, Sales, and Raul Echeverria, Financing, were exceptional and patient in the purchasing and finance documentation process. Since the purchase, I have had a nagging issue with the shifting where it shutters slightly between 22 and 28 MPH on slow accelerations. Kristen Wotton, Customer Relations, and Staci Farese, Service Manager, Staci, have been so very helpful and professional to resolve this issue! Jenkins Service has taken care of everything thus far and according to Honda's specifications. There are 3 steps to go through in order to eliminate the problem. I was provided a Loaner while they did step 2. Hopefully, that resolves the issue. They also called me and sent emails to followup to ensure all is well. I am very pleased that Jenkins Honda are standing behind their product in that my 2014 Honda was purchased as a part of the Certified Program!
