Pleasant experience Salesman Raul was excellent. He listened carefully and gave us the car with the features we were looking for. He didn't push hard or sell us thing Salesman Raul was excellent. He said the car would be ready in a week and it was. When we picked up the car, the paperwork was minimal, too. Product specialist John gave us a quick overview of the car and invited us back in for another session if we needed additional help after driving the vehicle for a week or two. More

Service I was highly satisfied with my experience at Thompson BMW, everyone was so friendly and helpful with the concerns I had. As I was waiting for my vehic I was highly satisfied with my experience at Thompson BMW, everyone was so friendly and helpful with the concerns I had. As I was waiting for my vehicle, the sales team was excellent and extremely helpful with listening what I was looking for and interested in. When the time comes to make another purchase of a BMW, I will for sure come to Thompson for my first choice. Overall I was impressed by everyone and I know how much work goes into making a customers experience the best and making them come back again as I work at Audi Allentown as a service technician and work closely with the advisors and both new and used car managers.
